KolossuS predicts kinase-substrate specificity. Given a kinase sequence and a substrate 15-mer sequence (with the 8-th location being Ser,Thr or Tyr), it will predict the probability of their interaction. Combined with a phosphoproetomic screen, and given its speed, KolossuS can be used to screen your phosphopeptides against all human kinases to iden the likely kinases involved in your process of interest.
